The almost 1000 km of the 15th edition of the Coppa Milano Sanremo have been completed
The 78 crews (23 Re-enactment, 32 Legend and 23 Rendez-vous – modern) faced 105 timed trials (of which 4 cancelled) and 8 medium trials (2 cancelled) in the most charming and renowned competition in Italy, a mixture of glamour, style, engines and breathtaking landscapes.
After 4 days of racing, the crew Mario Passanante and Alessandro Molgora, aboard a Fiat 508C of Franciacorta Motori, won the XV edition of the Coppa Milano Sanremo.
Second step of the podium for Francesco and Giuseppe Di Pietra, father and son who have been competing in regularity races for many years aboard another Fiat 508C and closing the podium, Giovanni Moceri and Alessandro Moretti with a Lancia Ardea of the Scuderia ClassicTeam which also wins the Scuderia cup.
The special classification of the medium trials goes to the Scuderia Promotor Classic crew, Alberto Diana and Alberto Carrotta who, with their Fiat 508C, reached 4th place overall.
The final ranking of the “Legend” selection is dominated both in the overall and in the medium trials ranking by the crew made up of Marco Angrisani and Luca Monti aboard the 1972 Alfa Romeo Giulia GTV 2000.
The final ranking of the “Rendez-vous” section was won by Gianluigi and Federico Smussi aboard the 2004 MG TF.
